Ticket prices vary for each comedian performing. Please see our calendar for comedian performance dates, show times, and prices.
You can purchase tickets online via our website, in-person at our Box Office, or over the phone. The service fees (if applicable) are the same regardless of method of purchase.

You must be at least 18 years of age (unless otherwise specified) to enter and at least 21 years of age to purchase and/or consume alcohol. You will need to show photo identification to enter our club. Valid forms of ID are as follows:
· State issued Driver’s License
· State issued ID
· Official Passport
· Military ID
We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance because we cannot guarantee tickets will still be available for purchase at the door. We do not hold seats or tickets. Once the tickets are sold out the only option for a sold out show is a waitlist which is done at our Box Office on a first come, first serve basis and there are still no guarantees of seating. We are an Open Seating Showroom (1st come 1st serve General Admission seating). You have the option to reserve seating and get front-of-the-line access by using our Group and/or VIP Services.
Show times vary. Please see our online calendar for dates and show times. Doors for most weekday shows open 30 minutes before. Friday through Sunday doors open 90 minutes before show time for dinner guests.
We consider ourselves to be a more upscale venue than your average comedy club since we are a full service restaurant and theater. Anything from casual (sneakers and jeans) to black tie is acceptable, however hats and other items that may be a distraction to others seated in the showroom are not recommended.

Our shows typically consist of a host, a feature performer, and a headliner. The shows run approximately ninety minutes; but are not held to a time limit, so come to the club ready to laugh and have a good time!
At maximum capacity we can seat up to 350 patrons.
Don’t worry, just show your photo identification at our Box Office and we can print your tickets for you again, free of charge. You can also present your mobile ticket / passport on your cell phone at the door.

Yes, gift cards are available!! You can now give the gift of laughter to your loved ones by purchasing gift cards at our Box Office. Gift cards can be in any denomination; they do not expire and are valid at any of our Improv Venues in Irvine, CA; Brea, CA; Ontario, CA; Hollywood, CA; Oxnard, CA; San Jose, CA; West Nyack, NY and Pittsburgh, PA. Also including our joint ventures, Umami at the Irvine Spectrum and Copper Blues in Oxnard.
We do offer Open Mic. It is held on the last Wednesday of the month, bi-monthly.

Unfortunately we do not mail tickets, however you are welcome to pick up your tickets by showing photo identification at our Box Office any time prior to your show. Our box office can also e-mail you your purchased tickets to print at your convenience. (Be advised most promotional tickets must be picked up at the box office window with the promotional materials in exchange for admission tickets, therefore cannot be e-mailed). You can always add your mobile tickets to your cell phone / passport and present it at the door!
Yes. We accept all major credit cards through our Box Office and in our showroom, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
We are handicap accessible. If these accommodations are needed we ask that you please notify the Box Office in advance so we can arrange for a reasonable accommodation.
Taking photographs, filming, videotaping or other recording of shows without the consent of the club and the artist is strictly prohibited. Patrons who abuse this policy will be ejected immediately. We do occasionally offer the opportunity for “Meet and Greets” with the performers after the show. Patrons participating in this are welcome to take pictures during that time.
We do have a Group Party Reservation Service for parties of 10 guests or more. Contact our Sales Manager at email@example.com for additional information and requirements.

The majority of seating is done on a first come, first sat basis. We do however offer PREFERRED or RESERVED seating if doing a GROUP PACKAGE or VIP PACKAGE. We typically seat the room from the front to the back. The majority of the tables in the showroom seat 4-8 per table. We do have a limited number of booths where we typically seat 4-5 people. We are capable of accommodating large parties through our Event Coordinator; just inquire through our website in advance. We do ask that you arrive early in order to guarantee optimal seating arrangements. You may view our seating chart and take a virtual tour of our showroom on our website.
Arrangements can be made via the Event Coordinator with a GROUP PACKAGE or VIP PACKAGE to have PREFERRED or RESERVED seating.
For our earlier shows we typically offer the option to make a dinner reservation, however this is not the same thing as “reserved” or “VIP” seating. There is no additional cost for dinner reservations and this allows you to enter our showroom for dinner beginning 90 minutes prior to show time instead of the 45 minutes allowed with General Admission. Please note this when purchasing your tickets online or contact our Box Office if you would like to add or remove this to your admission tickets.
The items you purchase during your dinner count towards the two-item minimum per person requirement. The two-item minimum can be food, beverages, or a combination of both. Also keep in mind for most “Special Engagement” shows there may be VIP dinner packages or other options through our Event Coordinator.
Your table and server during your dinner reservation remains the same throughout the entire show.
We do our best to offer a variety of options on our regular menu that accommodate various diets and food allergies. In addition, with advanced notification we are typically able to accommodate additional requests pertaining to food allergies or specialty items. There are specific Dinner Packages available through our Event Coordinator as well. Please contact our Box Office or Event Coordinator for additional information PRIOR to the date of the show you are attending so our executive chef can properly accommodate your request.

We are always looking for new and experienced talent (cooks, bussers, hosts, servers, bartenders, etc.) and encourage you to come down to submit a resume and fill out an application. We also conduct open interviews (no appointment necessary) on Wednesdays, from 2-3pm.

There are no refunds, transfers, or exchanges unless an event is cancelled by the artist or venue.
No, this is a general admission venue and seating is first come first serve. There are preferred seating options via VIP and group packages.
The Box Office can always re-generate your ticket. You would just need to show them your ID.
You can participate in the “Birthday Club” by just adding your birthday at the time of your ticket purchase, which makes you eligible for certain prizes and drawings during your birthday month. If you let your server know when you are seated, they will give your name and what you are celebrating to the sound tech and they will announce your celebration before the show. You can also contact the Sales Manager and book a package to make it a more enjoyable experience.
Less valuable (sweaters, umbrellas, etc.) will be kept in the Box Office. Valuables (wallets, phones, etc.) will be kept in the office locked in the safe.
No, you can either use your mobile device to generate your ticket or go to the Box Office and show them your ID and they can print your ticket.
Groupons/Promotions/Coupons/Free Passes are redeemable for select events.
Yes. Comedy is subjective and certain comedians are not for everybody. We do our best to include videos & up-to-date information about the comedian on our website. We recommend watching clips of past performances on YouTube and reading the headliner’s biography to gain insight on the expected performance.

No. Any food item or beverage (with or without alcohol) counts towards the two-item minimum. We offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverages for our underage and non-alcohol consuming customers. We also offer souvenir items such as glassware and t-shirts. Take a tour of our food and drink menus and we guarantee you will find something to your liking.
Absolutely!! We have pub style tables available in our bar for just this reason!!! Come in, enjoy dinner or a drink, and watch your favorite game on one of our many televisions!
